Wherein I'm left wondering what maid him do it

Apparently a dude in Detroit (well, Ferndale to be exact) was recently arrested and jailed earlier this month for breaking a window a cleaning supply company to steal a mannequin in a french maid's uniform.

It gets better.

He's got a number of similar antecedents just like it. Over the last 13 years he has had six convictions for breaking and entering to steal mannequins and apparently has quite the uncontrollable fetish for them.

No word on whether he's fit for trial. I love it!

Hmmmm...wouldn't a blow up doll be easier to acquire? It must do something for him to steal them. I'm sure they were calling to him or something like that. You know, its not like he's crazy or anything.

I once took this Deviant Psychology class in college and you would be amazed at all the different fetishes people have and the ways in which they develop. Seriously crazy f-in stuff!

One time my old boyfriend and I found this female mannequin outside a dumpster and it's face had been cut out. It was so creepy.

Freaky deaky! I'm gonna have to lock my mannequin collection up tight tonight . . .

Ever wonder why the men are always being picked on when it comes to fetishes and weird stuff? Is it because women don't have these deep dark desires or is it because the men know we'll kick their little butts with our bullwhip?

Of course, the guy could go to www.realdoll.com and get himself a real look alive doll that was still a mannequin. She's more anatomically correct then a mannequin too. Of course, she's got a price tag to match and not as cheap as a stolen one.

That is funny.

And oh my ... look at how pretty it is around here! Love the new look. Off to get caught up...

debbiedoeslife: I'm guessing you're right that he got something from the stealing part.

tuesday girl: my thoughts exactly!

izzy: I'm sure I would be amazed. The way things like that develop would be fascinating. I'd like to think you walked past a dumpster for an artist's shop, and not some creepy dude.

roro: Freaky deaky indeed.

elainemi: I think he did buy a mannequin for home use thinking it would help but apparently the stealing part must've added to it.

sunshine scribe: Thanks - not as pretty as your redesign, but my HTML skills are pretty limited.

I had the same thought as Debbie -- the blow up doll. Maybe he likes the fact that the mannequin DOESN'T have orifices.

I used to want one as a child, but my needs were more along the lines of a really big, lifelike doll. I got over it.
