Cool 'que

It was a gorgeous day here - bright and sunny but it hovered around freezing all day (it's -3C right now, -9C with the windchill). Unfazed by this, we decided that today was going to be the start of BBQ season.

Just after Christmas this year my grandmother gave us her barbecue. It was a gift to her and my grandfather from my parents a few years ago, and she had always been afraid to use it. Actually, to be more accurate, she expected to be blown to smithereens by it. This expectation meant that unless my parents or uncle were there, it sat idle.

We were all too happy to give it a new home. Dave fired it up tonight and man was it good!
